Mykola Tomenko: It is necessary to draw up a 'Black List' of Falsifiers during the Local Elections 2010
Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is convinced that the public organizations shall compile a ‘black list´ of falsifiers of local elections 2010. According to M. Tomenko, they include the heads of the territorial, city and district election committees, as they had signed the reports on the false election returns. "Tthe heads of the local authorities and law enforcement agencies should be mentioned, as without their assistance and without their consent such violations would be impossible", he emphasised.
The Deputy Chairman is convinced that it is difficult to call the persons concerned to responsibility, hence, "this information should be distributed."
"It is evident that without adequate response to such illegal actions, they would take place again during the parliamentary elections", M. Tomenko declared.
